2. This website

This website is the marketing presence of the Spurlos iOS app. No user accounts are created, no forms are processed and no cookies are set. A privacy-friendly analytics tool is used for anonymised audience measurement (see the "Analytics" section).

3. Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel. When you open a page, the host processes technically necessary server logs (e.g. IP address, timestamp, page requested) for delivery and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The host's own privacy policy applies in addition.

4. Fonts

All fonts are self-hosted. No external font CDNs are called.

5. Analytics

This website uses Vercel Analytics for anonymised audience measurement. No personal data is stored and no cookies are set. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

International transfers (USA)

Hosting and audience measurement run via Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). Personal data — in particular your IP address — may therefore be transferred to the USA. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) exist in addition as an appropriate safeguard. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) in conjunction with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

The Spurlos app

The app itself contains no networking code: your files and the metadata read from them never leave your device, and there is no Spurlos backend. The full privacy policy of the app is available at the app privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the rights under Art. 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Contact: support@spurlosapp.com.
